On Jan. 12, the Middlefield Chamber of Commerce held their monthly meeting at the underloft in the Middlefield Historical Building on South State Street in Middlefield. The delicious luncheon was catered by Chow Down with more than 25 members in attendance. President Nick Hall introduced three business members giving opportunity to showcase their companies. First up were Tracy Reid and Felicia Timas with His Daughter a new shop in Middlefield offering specialty hand-crafted soaps, essential oils and repurposed items. Paul Porter of Fitness Plus spoke about the health benefits of proper diet and exercise. Jim Prout spoke about the advantage of having identity theft solutions and legal protection.
