If you make a great chili and would like to enter it in our competition, Huntsburg Grange #2541 is planning their 17th annual Chili Cook-Off on Saturday, March 18 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The number of contestants is limited so call 440-636-3052 no later than March 3 to register. Cash prizes are awarded for the top entries.
The cook-off is held in the historic Huntsburg gym behind the Fire Department garage with parking behind the Community Center. Just $3 buys a sampler pack so you get a chance to taste all entries with one “people’s choice” vote for your favorite chili. There is no cover charge to attend. There will also be live music by the Usual Suspects, 50/50 raffle, raffle auction, cake walk, free cake with famous Grange frosting, games for kids, and vendor show. All proceeds will be used for community projects.
