The Circus Is Coming to Middlefield


Get ready for the Kelly Miller Circus yearly visit to Middlefield on Thursday, Aug. 3 and Friday, Aug. 4 on the Cardinal Middle School grounds, 16175 Almeda Drive and sponsored by the Middlefield Chamber of Commerce.  There are two opportunities to attend each day at 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.   Prior to the circus, ticket prices are adult $12 and child $6.  On the day of the circus, adult $16 and child $8.  Tickets will be available at Huntington Bank in Middlefield, Huntington Bank in Burton, Fig Tree, Hill Top Variety, Merryfield Electric, Save-A-Lot, Middlefield Bank East and West, Nauvoo Family Market or online at www.kellymillercircus.com.

The Middlefield Post issue of Plain Country that will be published on July 5 will have the clown coloring page.  All entries for the contest must be received at the Middlefield Post no later than July 12. Completed entries can be delivered to the office inside the Harrington Square mall at 15561 W. High Street or mailed to the Middlefield Post, P.O. Box 626, Middlefield 44062.

The entries will be judged by age categories and the winners will be notified by telephone and receive tickets to the Circus for the day and time of their choice.
