Bruce (far right) and Pat (far left) Brigham delivered a water donation from the The Great Geauga County Fair Auxiliary. Habitat volunteers (middle left) Doug Frankel and
Jim Troha loaded the truck.
The truck and driver donated by Arms Trucking will deliver the water for Hurricane Irma victims in Florida and will leave Newbury Sept. 13.

Lake-Geauga Habitat for Humanity in partnership  with the Burton-Middlefield Rotary and other supporters  accepted donated cases of bottled water for shipment to the Habitat affiliate in Central Florida in response to Hurricane Irma.

Today, Sept. 13, Arms Trucking Co. of East Claridon is hauling the water south from  the Lake-Geauga Habitat for Humanity Restore location in Newbury.
Habitat volunteers helped donors for the past three days accept the bottled water donations and load the trailer.
The generous community gave monetary donations to help pay for the transportation costs and to purchase cases of water  as well.
