June 4: Medicare Made Easy

6 p.m. Have you just qualified for Medicare? Learn the essentials to make wise decisions about your Medicare coverage as well as avoiding common mistakes. Learn the differences between Medicare parts A, B, C, and D, Medicare Advantage and Medicare supplement plans, enrollment deadlines and much more. 

June 5: A Matter of Balance

1 p.m. Trained coaches will teach older adults exercises that will help with strengthening and balance. Each class in this weekly program builds upon the previous week, so plan to attend all eight sessions. 

June 5: Composting 101

7 p.m. Composting is nature’s way of recycling your trash to treasure. Join Gail Prunty of Geauga Soil and Water Conservation District as she explains the basics and benefits of composting and how to avoid common composting problems. 

June, July and August: Kindness rocks

Grab a kit and paint a rock. Leave your rock somewhere to inspire or brighten the day of someone else. Kindness rocks. 

June, July and August: Legos rock the library
