The holidays are approaching and there are Geauga County seniors who are unable to go home to be with their families. What do you do? In the case of Geauga Department on Aging, UH Geauga Medical, and Chardon Rotary, you get some crafty seniors together to spread a little cheer with an Attitude of Gratitude event.
The event took place Nov. 20 at Heritage House on Chardon Square. Over 20 artisans gathered and created 55 door decorations made from picture frames, ornaments, ribbon, and the creative minds of those involved for the residents of Chardon Healthcare Center.
