Our district was honored to be asked to participate in a recent silent art auction event to benefit the Valor Retreat at Ohman Family Living. Scholars in all three buildings (seven at CHS, three at CMS, and 10 at JES) donated works of art in support of the cause. On Jan. 25, a silent auction was held and the artwork was sold to bidders. Proceeds all benefit the Valor Retreat. In addition to the auction, three scholars received monetary awards from Ohman Family Living – Jonathon Z., Milanie, M., and Sara K. Jonathon (pictured here) will have his work on permanent display at the retreat. We are extremely proud of our scholars for the works they created for auction, and again, extremely honored to have been asked to participate.
