5/29/2020: Summer break has just begun, but we are already hard at work planning for the 2020-2021 school year. In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic our staff is meeting regularly to devise our plan for education in the upcoming school year. While the education setting may look a little different come fall, rest assured we are doing everything in our power to ensure a positive, engaging, and healthy learning environment for our students, wherever they may be learning from. We continue to review CDC and ODE recommendations to help develop our plan, but we’re also soliciting information from our parents and staff. In the coming days we will send out an electronic survey in an effort to gather valuable direction and information. While the completion of the survey is strictly voluntary, your input will be essential. Once developed, the Geauga County Health Department will have to review and approve our education plan. As soon as they do, we will immediately share it out with our staff and families via email, all calls, social media, and our website, so you can begin to prepare for the upcoming school year.
Thank you for your continued flexibility, patience, and understanding during this unprecedented time.
