Hobo Foil Packets are a complete meal and great cooked on the grill. There is little clean-up needed and a fun and easy dinner to make for Father’s Day.

Start by preparing large square sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil about 18” long with cooking spray or cooking oil so food will not stick. Add your favorite meat cut into small pieces (chicken, salmon, sausage, stew meat) or make it vegetables only. Add vegetables (onions, bell peppers, celery, carrots, sliced potatoes or your favorites). Add salt and pepper and other spices to 0

Fold up sides to make a “bowl” or fold foil around the mixture and seal tightly, placing seam side up on the grill. Cook for about 30 to 45 minutes until meat is done and vegetables are tender.

If you cook them in your oven instead, place them on the rack and cook at 350 degrees for about the same length of time.

Open carefully and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Wait for the compliments!
